A private client commissioned EA to produce a development masterplan for a dramatic and unique spit of land on Union Island in St Vincent and the Grenadines. The masterplan sensitively integrated a large marina, yacht club, hotel and waterfront harbour village within the dramatic semi arid landscape, carefully protecting views and sensitive ecosystems.
