EA were invited to join a team of engineers developing hurricane protection measures for two towns on the island of St. Lucia.

Soufriere is a well-known destination, with dramatic views of the Pitons, an attractive beach and many fine heritage buildings. As part of the wider engineering works, we carried an appraisal of townscape quality and heritage buildings, developed, a masterplan for environmental improvements and prepared artists impressions of the proposals for government approval.
