Working closely with a firm of architects EA prepared a Landscape Strategy & Development Masterplan for a large mixed-use scheme on a brownfield site near the centre of Leigh. Existing landscape features including; woodland, Westleigh Brook, ponds, footpaths and significant tree groups, were retained and incorporated within an overall landscape masterplan. EA prepared presentation material, detailed plans, sections, artists impressions and information for the design and access statement and the EIA.
